About Dan Siegel, Author of The Ultimate Guide to LexisNexis CaseMap

Here’s how Lynne Walinsky, former LexisNexis CaseSoft Sales Manager, introduced Dan during a webinar:

Dan Siegel is a longtime CaseMap client & friend, he is a practicing attorney, and he is the owner and founder of a law office consulting firm called Integrated Technology Services. That means Dan is out in the legal community every day, rolling up his sleeves, helping law firms to handle their cases more effectively and efficiently by using good, solid technology…and the CaseMap Suite is part of his recommended tool-kit.

Dan also conducted a CaseMap 101 webinar series for us this year, which had the highest attendance rates of any webinars we’ve offered! CaseMap users were especially intrigued by Dan’s real-world experience and the tips & tricks he provided on how to use CaseMap to improve your practice.

And in his “free time”, Dan also wrote a book last year, called “The Lawyer’s Guide to LexisNexis CaseMap”, published by the American Bar Association.

So, with all of that experience, I think it’s safe to say that he knows a thing or two about our tools 🙂

Sometimes called the “Geek lawyer,” or the “high tech lawyer,” Attorney Dan Siegel, author of The Ultimate Guide to LexisNexis CaseMap, and its predecessor, The Lawyer’s Guide to LexisNexis CaseMap, is a practicing attorney (at the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC) and the founder of Integrated Technology Services, LLC, a consulting firm that helps law firms and small businesses improve their workflows with technology.

Dan is certified to train a wide range of products, including CaseMap, TextMap, NoteMap, TimeMap, Legal Files, Time Matters and Worldox.

A nationally known lecturer and author about technology, Dan is the author of the “Technology” column in The Philadelphia Lawyer, quarterly magazine of the Philadelphia Bar Association; he also authors the “Product Watch” column in Law Practice Magazine, the publication of the American Bar Association Law Practice Division. He also chairs the Law Practice Division CLE/Professional Development Board.

Dan is a nationally-known writer and lecturer about technology in law offices and in litigation. Sensing the need for a firm to address the technology needs of attorneys, Dan opened Integrated Technology Services, LLC, which focuses exclusively upon ways for lawyers and legal support staff to handle cases more efficiently.

Dan can also speak at your business or bar association function, or prepare a custom continuing legal education course for your firm. When you want the finest support and training for CaseMap, Contact “the person who wrote the book,” Dan Siegel at (610) 446-3467 or click here to send an email.
